The Almanac Inspection (Amendment) Act

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.

The Act is arranged in 4 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 47 votes to 16.
2. Administered by the Ministry of Chronology.
3. Offences under this Act are tried before the Court of Chronological Offences.
4. Comes into force on 1 January 1882.

Amendment history

• This act amends An Act for the Better Regulation of Almanac Inspection (1853).
• F1 Amended by The Almanac Inspection (Amendment) Act, 24 August 1890. Passed by the Assembly by 50 votes to 13.
• F2 In turn amended by The Almanac Inspection (Amendment) Act, 30 September 1891 (amending The Almanac Inspection (Amendment) Act). Passed by the Assembly by 49 votes to 4.
• F3 In turn amended by The Almanac Inspection (Amendment) Act, 27 November 1963 (amending The Almanac Inspection (Amendment) Act). Passed by the Assembly by 50 votes to 13.
