The Almanac Inspection (Amendment) Act

The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 49 votes to 4.
2. Administered by the Ministry of Chronology.
3. Offences under this Act are tried before the Court of Chronological Offences.

Amendment history

• This act amends The Almanac Inspection (Amendment) Act (1890).
• F1 Amended by The Almanac Inspection (Amendment) Act, 14 February 1892. Passed by the Assembly by 35 votes to 27.
• F2 In turn amended by The Almanac Inspection (Amendment) Act, 7 February 1946 (amending The Almanac Inspection (Amendment) Act). Passed by the Assembly by 42 votes to 17.
• F3 Amended by The Almanac Inspection (Amendment) Act, 4 December 1999. Passed by the Assembly by 54 votes to 8.

The Act came into force as its provisions state and remains in the code with its amendment history.
