An Act to amend The Wine Excise Act, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 40 votes to 9.
- 2. Sets the duty at 5 pfen in the marka.
