The Public Health Regulation Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 41 votes to 21.
  2. Every town above 5000 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
  3. Comes into force on 1 January 2021.
