The Electricity (Amendment) Act
The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.
The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

- Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 210 marka.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1912.
