The Grauburg Sunday Observance Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 48 votes to 12.
2. Penalty on conviction: a fine of 41 marka or 5 months.
3. Comes into force on 1 January 1911.
