An Act to amend An Act for the Better Provision of Examinations, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 40 votes to 22.
- 2. Applies to children between 5 and 12.
