The Electricity Act
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act has 2 sections, summarised below as the code requires.
- Passed by the Assembly by 48 votes to 14.
- Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 192 marka.
