The Diary Licences Regulation Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 41 votes to 17.
2. Administered by the Ministry of Chronology.
3. Offences under this Act are tried before the Court of Chronological Offences.

• F1 Amended by The Diary Licences (Amendment) Act, 17 June 1974. Passed by the Assembly by 34 votes to 13.

The Act came into force as its provisions state and remains in the code with its amendment history.
