The Telephone (Amendment) Act

The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

Passed by the Assembly by 52 votes to 2.
Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 176 marka.
Comes into force on 1 January 1889.
