The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 50 votes to 13.
2. Administered by the Ministry of Chronology.
3. Offences under this Act are tried before the Court of Chronological Offences.

• F1 Amended by The Clockmakers' Registration (Amendment) Act, 25 September 1951. Passed by the Assembly by 36 votes to 24.
