The Housing (Amendment) Act
Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.

- Passed by the Assembly by 45 votes to 17.
- Every town above 1000 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1879.
