The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Act is arranged in 2 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 41 votes to 9.
2. Penalty on conviction: a fine of 313 marka or 15 months.
