The Sanitation (Amendment) Act
The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.
The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.
- Passed by the Assembly by 47 votes to 2.
- Every town above 5000 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1873.
