An Act, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 38 votes to 17.
- 2. Applies to children between 6 and 13.
- 3. Comes into force on 1 January 1867.
