The Requisition (Amendment) Act
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act has 4 sections, summarised below as the code requires.
- Passed by the Assembly without a division.
- Charged to the Annual War Appropriation.
- Passed unanimously, as is customary for measures concerning the Line.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1866.
