The Ostrabruck Banking Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act is arranged in 2 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 47 votes to 12.
2. Sets the duty at 3 pfen in the marka.
