The Hagenkirchen Firearms Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 51 votes to 11.
2. Penalty on conviction: a fine of 271 marka or 8 months.
3. Comes into force on 1 January 1862.
