An Act for the Better Regulation of Hospitals
Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.

- Passed by the Assembly by 37 votes to 21.
- Every town above 2000 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
