The Licensing Act
The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.
The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.
- Passed by the Assembly by 39 votes to 10.
- Penalty on conviction: a fine of 1310 marka or 22 months.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1859.
