The Iron Tariff (Amendment) Act
Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.
The Act is arranged in 2 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.
- Passed by the Assembly by 43 votes to 18.
- Sets the duty at 6 pfen in the marka.
Amendment history
- This act amends The Vellmar Iron Tariff Act (1805).
- F1 Amended by The Iron Tariff (Amendment) Act, 28 August 1942. Passed by the Assembly by 48 votes to 13.
The Act came into force as its provisions state and remains in the code with its amendment history.
