An Act to amend The Regimental Colours Regulation Act, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly without a division.
- 2. Charged to the Annual War Appropriation.
- 3. Passed unanimously, as is customary for measures concerning the Line.
