The Railway Act
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act has 2 sections, summarised below as the code requires.
- Passed by the Assembly by 39 votes to 5.
- Provides 78250 marka for works between Hochstadt and Grautal.
Amendment history
- F1 Amended by The Railway (Amendment) Act, 10 July 1909; itself repealed 1934. Passed by the Assembly by 42 votes to 17.
- F2 In turn amended by The Railway (Amendment) Act, 27 September 1941 (amending The Railway (Amendment) Act). Passed by the Assembly by 43 votes to 6.
