The Libraries (Amendment) Act
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.
- Passed by the Assembly by 37 votes to 18.
- Applies to children between 6 and 15.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1849.
