The Licensing (Amendment) Act
Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.
The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.
- Passed by the Assembly by 43 votes to 14.
- Penalty on conviction: a fine of 22 marka or 15 months.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1848.

- This act amends The Licensing (Amendment) Act (1842).
- F1 Amended by The Licensing (Amendment) Act, 11 February 1891. Passed by the Assembly by 36 votes to 21.
- F2 In turn amended by The Licensing (Amendment) Act, 10 July 1908 (amending The Licensing (Amendment) Act). Passed by the Assembly by 43 votes to 10.
The Act is cited by its short title. Copies are held at every office of the Ministry of Justice and at the town halls.
