An Act for the Better Licensing of Housing

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act has 2 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 39 votes to 10.
2. Every town above 500 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
