An Act to amend The Highways (Amendment) Act, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 46 votes to 12.
- 2. Provides 79875 marka for works between Sudfurt and Grauholt.
