An Act for the Better Provision of Sanitation
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act is arranged in 2 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.
- Passed by the Assembly by 35 votes to 13.
- Every town above 5000 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
