The Weinwick Prisons Act
The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.
The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.
- Passed by the Assembly by 48 votes to 5.
- Penalty on conviction: a fine of 104 marka or 7 months.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1841.

- F1 Amended by The Prisons (Amendment) Act, 1 January 1847. Passed by the Assembly by 51 votes to 19.
- F2 Amended by The Prisons (Amendment) Act, 17 November 1969. Passed by the Assembly by 55 votes to 12.
- Repealed with effect from 21 November 1900. The text is retained in the code for reference.
The Act is cited by its short title. Copies are held at every office of the Ministry of Justice and at the town halls.
