The Norrbruck Poor Relief Act

The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Act is arranged in 2 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 34 votes to 6.
2. Every town above 2000 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
