An Act for the Better Ordering of Causeway Maintenance
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.
- Passed by the Assembly by 46 votes to 10.
- Provides 55348 marka for works between Sandfeld and Weinfeld.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1839.
