The Firearms (Amendment) Act
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act has 2 sections, summarised below as the code requires.
- Passed by the Assembly by 48 votes to 5.
- Penalty on conviction: a fine of 40 marka or 5 months.
