An Act to amend The Turnpikes Regulation Act, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 48 votes to 11.
- 2. Provides 73528 marka for works between Lindenmar and Grautal.
