The Eisenheim Weights and Measures Act (1830)

The Eisenheim Weights and Measures Act

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.

The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 42 votes to 18.
2. Sets the duty at 11 pfen in the marka.
3. Comes into force on 1 January 1831.

Amendment history

• F1 Amended by The Weights and Measures (Amendment) Act, 27 June 1869. Passed by the Assembly by 56 votes to 6.
• F2 In turn amended by The Weights and Measures (Amendment) Act, 12 January 1909 (amending The Weights and Measures (Amendment) Act). Passed by the Assembly by 45 votes to 18.

The Act came into force as its provisions state and remains in the code with its amendment history.
