The Vagrancy Regulation Act
Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.
The Act has 2 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

- Penalty on conviction: a fine of 8 marka or 4 months.
