The Licensing (Amendment) Act
Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.
The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.
- Passed by the Assembly by 36 votes to 13.
- Penalty on conviction: a fine of 8 marka or 11 months.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1827.

- This act amends An Act for the Better Regulation of Licensing (1804).
- F1 Amended by The Licensing (Amendment) Act, 31 December 1845. Passed by the Assembly by 47 votes to 12.
- F2 In turn amended by The Licensing (Amendment) Act, 12 June 1847 (amending The Licensing (Amendment) Act). Passed by the Assembly by 35 votes to 6.
The Act is cited by its short title. Copies are held at every office of the Ministry of Justice and at the town halls.
