The Grauholt Sunday Observance Act

The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Act is arranged in 2 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 49 votes to 14.
  2. Penalty on conviction: a fine of 320 marka or 22 months.

Amendment history

  • F1 Amended by The Sunday Observance (Amendment) Act, 3 May 1889. Passed by the Assembly by 50 votes to 2.
  • Repealed with effect from 21 April 1849. The text is retained in the code for reference.

The Act is cited by its short title. Copies are held at every office of the Ministry of Justice and at the town halls.
