The Sanding Causeway Timber Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

1. Passed by the Assembly without a division.
2. Charged to the war estimates.
3. Passed unanimously, as is customary for measures concerning the Line.

• F2 In turn amended by The Causeway Timber (Amendment) Act, 5 September 1836 (amending The Causeway Timber (Amendment) Act). Passed by the Assembly without a division.

The Act is cited by its short title. Copies are held at every office of the Ministry of Justice and at the town halls.
