An Act, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 47 votes to 16.
- 2. Penalty on conviction: a fine of 37 marka or 10 months.
