The Sudfurt Electricity Act
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.
- Passed by the Assembly by 34 votes to 13.
- Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 37 marka.
- Comes into force on 1 January 2019.
