An Act, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 43 votes to 17.
- 2. Every town above 500 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
