The Company Registration (Amendment) Act
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.
- Passed by the Assembly by 41 votes to 18.
- Sets the duty at 7 pfen in the marka.
- Comes into force on 1 January 2013.
