The Sanitation (Amendment) Act

The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 37 votes to 10.
  2. Every town above 5000 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
  3. Comes into force on 1 January 2012.
