The Sanitation Regulation Act

The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 52 votes to 3.
2. Every town above 2000 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
3. Comes into force on 1 January 1818.

Amendment history

• F1 Amended by The Sanitation (Amendment) Act, 13 December 1830. Passed by the Assembly by 45 votes to 16.
• F2 In turn amended by The Sanitation (Amendment) Act, 19 May 1848 (amending The Sanitation (Amendment) Act); itself repealed 2014. Passed by the Assembly by 35 votes to 23.
• F3 Amended by The Sanitation (Amendment) Act, 20 February 1944. Passed by the Assembly by 34 votes to 26.
