The Broadcasting (Amendment) Act

The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

Passed by the Assembly by 41 votes to 4.
Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 35 marka.
Comes into force on 1 January 2006.
