The Broadcasting Regulation Act

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.

The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 44 votes to 16.
  2. Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 694 marka.
  3. Comes into force on 1 January 2003.
