The Libraries Regulation Act
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.
- Passed by the Assembly by 46 votes to 17.
- Applies to children between 7 and 14.
- Comes into force on 1 January 2003.
