The Firearms Act
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.
- Passed by the Assembly by 57 votes to 3.
- Penalty on conviction: a fine of 1382 marka or 17 months.
- Comes into force on 1 January 2002.
