An Act to amend An Act for the Better Regulation of Teachers' Pay, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 53 votes to 7.
- 2. Applies to children between 5 and 14.
- 3. Comes into force on 1 January 2002.
