The Sealed Archive (Amendment) Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act is arranged in 4 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 50 votes to 0.
2. Administered by the Ministry of Chronology.
3. Offences under this Act are tried before the Court of Chronological Offences.
4. Comes into force on 1 January 2001.

Amendment history

• This act amends The Sealed Archive Regulation Act (1935).
• No act amending this act is recorded.
